Description

These jars contain cloves creamed honey, which is also known as cloves spun honey or cloves whipped honey.  Creamed honey is essentially a frosting made from honey, which spreads like peanut butter. The spread form makes honey much more versatile, as it can be put on things like bagels and muffins, that ordinary liquid honey would just run off of.
