Description

We make our Dragonwood merlot maple syrup by infusing merlot wine into amber color maple syrup.  Our process removes the alcohol, leaving a sophisticated combination of merlot and maple flavors.

BREAKFAST:  Try Dragonwood merlot maple syrup as a pancake syrup or on French toast.

DESSERT:  Use Dragonwood merlot maple syrup as an ice cream topping to make a merlot ice cream sundae.

DRINKS:  For enhanced flavor, substitute Dragonwood merlot maple syrup for the sugar or simple syrup when making mixed drinks such as sangria or a devil’s margarita.
