Full Service
We set up our own booths at many public events, to allow the general public to sample our products in person with one of our own knowledgeable salespeople. So many people have no idea what lemon creamed honey or vanilla infused maple syrup actually taste like. At our full service locations, you get to try and see for yourself, no strings attached.

Where Can I Sample Your Products?
We offer free samples of our delicious products at many of our locations. To sample our products, please visit one of our full service retail locations.
Pre-Order and Pick Up
Product can be ordered online and picked up at any of our full service locations.
While many people will prefer to simply order online with a shipping option, or purchase in person, we offer the option to order online and pick up in person for situations like the following:
- Some farmer’s markets are encouraging pre order and pick up, as part of public health response to COVID-19.
- Pre-ordering ensures we won’t “sell out” of a product at a market or event. This is particularly useful for high demand seasonal items such as cut comb and bee pollen.
- Pre ordering saves time, if you know you’re going to be in a hurry at the pick up event you’ll be attending.
How to Pre-Order
Step 1: Shop Dragonwood products as normal in our online store, until you are ready to checkout.
Step 2: When ready to checkout, on the cart page, under “Cart Totals,” select the shipping option “Pick Up.” Then click “Proceed to Checkout.”
Step 3: Under “Shipping Address,” please indicate which location you will be picking up at under “Order notes (optional)” (example: “Fishers Farmers’ Market”).
Step 4: Complete your order using PayPal. Please Note: Orders must be placed 48 hours before the event starts.
Step 5: Find the Dragonwood booth at the event you selected to pick up at, and provide the name and order number that your order was purchased under to our salesperson to receive your order.
